Eligibility

Age 18 or older. Open to legal residents of Wisconsin, United States.

One entry per person

Limit one entry per eligible person per monthly drawing period. Duplicate entries will be void. Entrants may submit a new entry for each new monthly drawing.

Automatic entry

Eligible Wisconsin residents who complete and submit the free giveaway entry form through the adotstate app during the applicable monthly entry period will automatically receive one entry into that month’s drawing. No purchase or payment is necessary, and making a purchase will not increase the odds of winning. Entries do not carry over to future drawings; a new entry must be submitted for each monthly drawing.

Prize & approximate retail value

One winner will receive $60 in adotstate studio credit, added to the winner’s account and redeemable toward a future studio booking. Approximate retail value: $60. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is subject to booking availability and adotstate studio policies. No payment or fee is required to receive the prize. ARV: $60 per drawing.

Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each monthly drawing. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Because there is one winner, each eligible entry’s odds are 1 divided by the total number of eligible entries received. Wisconsin guidance requires prize promotions to disclose the odds, and FTC guidance allows stating that odds depend on the number of entries when the exact number is not known beforehand.

Random drawing procedure

After the monthly entry period closes, adotstate will compile all eligible entries and assign each entry a unique number. On the first Sunday of each month, one potential winner will be selected using a computerized random-number generator from all eligible entries received for that drawing. The selected entrant must meet all eligibility requirements and comply with the Official Rules before being confirmed as the winner. If the selected entrant is ineligible, cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within the required time, an alternate potential winner may be selected using the same random procedure.

Winner notification

The potential winner will be notified using the email address and/or phone number provided with the giveaway entry within three business days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours and may be required to confirm eligibility, identity, and acceptance of the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with the Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected by the same random drawing procedure. No payment, purchase, fee, or financial information will be required to claim the prize.

Prize credit expiration

Prize credit expires 12 months after the date it is added to the winner’s adotstate account. Any unused balance remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and will not be replaced, refunded, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

Prize restrictions

The prize is limited to $60 in adotstate studio credit and has no cash value. The prize may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, refunded, or substituted for cash. It may only be used by the confirmed winner through the winner’s adotstate account toward an eligible studio booking. The prize is subject to studio availability, membership eligibility, booking requirements, cancellation policies, and all other adotstate studio rules. The credit may not be combined with unauthorized discounts or transferred to another account. Any costs beyond the $60 prize value are the winner’s responsibility. No purchase, payment, fee, or financial information is required to claim the prize.

Privacy

Information collected through the giveaway entry form may include the entrant’s name, email address, phone number, location, and account information. adotstate will use this information only to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, contact potential winners, issue prize credit, and comply with applicable laws. Entrants’ personal information will not be sold or used for marketing without separate consent. Information may be shared only with service providers assisting with the giveaway or when required by law. A winner’s first name, last initial, and city may be publicly announced after the winner is confirmed. By entering, each entrant agrees to the collection and use of their information as described in these Official Rules and the adotstate Privacy Policy.

Public winner display

After a winner has been contacted, verified as eligible, and accepted the prize, adotstate may publicly display the winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, prize received, and applicable drawing month. The winner’s full legal name, street address, email address, phone number, account information, and other private information will not be publicly displayed. No entrant will be publicly identified as a winner until eligibility has been confirmed. If a confirmed winner is under 18, public identification will require permission from the winner’s parent or legal guardian. adotstate may delay, limit, or withhold a public winner announcement when reasonably necessary to protect the winner’s privacy or safety.

Disqualification

adotstate may disqualify any entrant who creates or uses duplicate, fake, fraudulent, automated, or unauthorized accounts or entries; submits more than one entry during a monthly drawing period; provides false or misleading information; attempts to manipulate the drawing; interferes with the giveaway system; or violates these Official Rules. Entries associated with the same person, household information, contact information, device, payment information, or other identifying details may be reviewed to determine whether the one-entry-per-person rule has been violated. Legitimate members of the same household may each enter separately using their own accurate account and contact information. Suspected fraudulent or duplicate entries may be removed without notice. If a potential winner is disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected using the same random drawing procedure. adotstate’s eligibility and disqualification decisions will be final, subject to applicable law.

Administrator, employee & household exclusions

The sponsor, adotstate administrators, employees, contractors, agents, and any other person directly involved in creating, operating, administering, judging, or selecting winners for the giveaway are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family members and household members of any excluded person are also ineligible. “Immediate family members” include spouses, domestic partners, parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” include anyone who shares the same residence for three or more months during the year, whether related or not. Any entry submitted by an ineligible person may be disqualified, and any prize awarded to an ineligible person will be forfeited. An alternate potential winner may then be selected using the same random drawing procedure.

If a winner is ineligible

If a selected potential winner is found to be ineligible, has violated the Official Rules, provided false information, cannot verify their identity or eligibility, fails to respond within the required time, or refuses to accept the prize, that person will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited. adotstate may then select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries using the same drawing procedure. The alternate must complete the same eligibility verification and prize-acceptance requirements. This process may continue until an eligible winner is confirmed or until adotstate reasonably determines that the prize cannot be awarded.

If the system or automation fails

If a technical error, system outage, automation failure, data corruption, unauthorized interference, or other problem prevents entries from being properly received, recorded, processed, or included in a drawing, adotstate may pause the giveaway, extend the entry period, correct the affected records, or reschedule the drawing as reasonably necessary. All valid entries received and recoverable before the failure will remain eligible. If the automated drawing process fails, adotstate will conduct a replacement random drawing using a verified computerized random-number generator or another fair random-selection method from all confirmed eligible entries. adotstate will make reasonable efforts to notify affected entrants of any material change. No entrant will be required to make a purchase or payment because of a system failure. If the giveaway cannot legally or practically continue, adotstate may modify, suspend, or cancel the affected drawing, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor's right to pause or cancel

adotstate reserves the right to pause, suspend, modify, reschedule, or cancel a drawing when fraud, technical failure, system outage, unauthorized interference, legal requirements, circumstances beyond the sponsor’s reasonable control, or another issue affects the fairness, security, integrity, or proper operation of the giveaway. When reasonably possible, adotstate will preserve all valid eligible entries received before the interruption and will notify affected entrants of any material change. If the drawing resumes, a winner will be selected fairly from the eligible entries under the updated schedule. adotstate will not cancel or modify a drawing merely to avoid awarding a valid prize. Any decision to pause, modify, or cancel the giveaway will be made in good faith and subject to applicable law.
